These Terms and Conditions together with any and all other documents referred to in these Terms and Conditions set out the terms and conditions on which TRANSLIT’s Content is provided by TRANSLIT to Users.
- Definitions and Interpretation
In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the following meanings:
“Account” – means the account, that You set up with TRANSLIT in order to purchase and/or use any Content;
“Background Items” – means background and other information or materials relating to or forming part of the tuition, instruction, teaching, coaching, training, or mentoring to be provided, all of which information or materials is downloadable or viewable as text/graphics;
“User” – means an individual customer who purchases and/or uses any Content;
“Contract” – means a contract between TRANSLIT and You for the purchase and/or use of any Content;
“Content” – means any content (including, without limitation, text, graphics, images, audio, and video) comprising any session of tuition, instruction, teaching, coaching, training, or mentoring, or any Background Items or other materials or information, which TRANSLIT offers and makes available in pre-recorded, live, or any other format, by any means, through TRANSLIT’s website https://protranslit.misc.gainlinevpc.co.uk (“Our Site”) and/or through direct registration links to other platforms and sites as may be applicable
“We/TRANSLIT/Our” – means FREELANCE PROVIDERS LIMITED (t/a TRANSLIT), a limited company registered in the Republic of Ireland, whose registered office is at 18 Mallow Street, Co. Limerick, Limerick, V94N12Y, Ireland, Companies Registration Office number 476857;
“You” – means the User who sets up an Account and accesses and uses any Content.

- Age Restriction
Only persons aged at least 18 years of age may they set up an Account and access Content.
- Content, Pricing and Availability
We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that all descriptions of Content available from TRANSLIT correspond to the actual Content that You will receive. Please note, however, that due to the constant updating of Content minor differences and discrepancies may occur.
We may from time to time change Our prices. Changes in price will not affect any Content that You have already purchased but will apply to any subsequent purchases.
Where any updates are made to Content, that Content will continue to match Our description of it as provided to You before You purchased Your access to the Content. Please note that this does not prevent TRANSLIT from enhancing the Content, thereby going beyond the original description.
- Accuracy of Information
While every reasonable care was taken to ensure the accuracy and integrity of Our Site and Content, We make no representations or warranties about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, security, lack of errors, or accuracy of the Content. Therefore, a possibility exists that Our Site or Content materials could include inaccuracies, omissions, typos or errors. TRANSLIT shall not be liable for any decision made or action taken based on reliance upon the information contained or provided through our Site or Content. Should You find any such inaccuracies, please contact us immediately with a description or reference to such inaccuracies.
- Disclaimer
All Content is provided “as-is” and ‘as available’. We expressly disclaim any warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, quiet enjoyment, accuracy, or non-infringement. We make no warranty that Content:
- will meet Your requirements;
- will lead to specific results for You;
- will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free basis; or
- will be virus-free, accurate, reliable, complete, legal, or safe due to the interchangeable reliability of the Internet
We expect Users to use laptops and/or desktops as mobile devices have limited functionality and compatibility with e-learning platforms. We cannot be held responsible if Users do not inform us of any difficulties technical or otherwise that impact the access to Content.
- User’s Registration
You agree and confirm that:
- all required registration information You submit is truthful and accurate;
- You will maintain the accuracy of such information; and
- Your use of our Site and Content does not violate any applicable law, terms or conditions.
By clicking on the “Register” button, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, that You are of legal age, and You are not prohibited by law from receiving or using Content.
- Payment for Content
Payment for any Content must always be made in advance in full. Your chosen payment method will be charged when We process Your order and send You an Order Confirmation (this usually occurs immediately and You will be shown a message confirming Your payment).
If You believe that TRANSLIT has charged You an incorrect amount, please contact Us at pro@translit.com as soon as reasonably possible to let Us know.
- Cancellation or termination
You may terminate Your enrolment or cancel access to Your chosen Content at any time prior to its start, however after payment has been made You must take note of our Refund Policy in Article18 below.
- User’s access to Content
After successful registration and full successful payment for Your chosen Content, You will be given immediate access to Your Content. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your password. You agree not to share Your username, password or access to Your Content materials with third parties. You agree to notify us immediately if You suspect any unauthorized use of Your password or access to Your account. You are solely responsible for any and all use of Your account.
Access to Your chosen Online Content is non-transferable and intended solely for Your personal use. Printing of any materials should be solely for Your personal training needs.
- Restrictions
The rights of access to Content granted to You are subject to the following restrictions:
- You shall not license, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit Our Site or Content;
- You shall not modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of Our Site or Content;
- You shall not access Our Site or Content materials in order to build a similar or competitive product or service; and
- except as expressly stated herein, no part of Our Site or Content materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted or transmitted in any form or by any means. Any future release, update, or other addition to functionality of Our Site made available to You shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions. All copyright and other proprietary notices on Our Site or Content materials must be retained on any copies permitted for Your personal use as stated above.
- Modifications
TRANSLIT reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue Our Site or Content or any part thereof with or without notice. You agree that TRANSLIT will not be liable to You or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of Our Site or Content or any part thereof.
- Ownership
You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights, including copyright, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, in Our Site or Content materials are owned by TRANSLIT. Your use of Our Site or Content does not transfer to You or any third party any rights, title or interest in or to such intellectual property rights. TRANSLIT reserves any and all other rights not granted in these Terms and Conditions.

If You experience any problems or issues with Our Site or Content, you can contact Us at pro@translit.com. We will endeavour to answer within a reasonable time during regular working hours and requests made outside business hours may take longer to get a reply.
- Complaints and Feedback
We always welcome feedback from Our customers and, whilst We always use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that Your experience as a customer of Ours is a positive one, We nevertheless want to hear from You if You have any cause for complaint.

- Maintenance
While We endeavour to make access to Content available to You 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, there will be exceptions for regularly scheduled maintenance which may result in short downtime periods. We reserve the right to change its availability policy from time to time, and therefore We do not guarantee that Content will be uninterrupted, nor does it warrant the continuity of any particular feature or Content.
- Refund policy
Users should read the description of the Content they are enrolling on and not expect any further services other than those offered on Our Site. Should a User decide to withdraw from the Content and/or not complete it, the User cannot claim any of the missed sessions or any refunds.
When Content is offered in Live format (rather than pre-recorded), TRANSLIT retains the right to cancel Content if the minimum number of Users, set by TRANSLIT, is not reached. In this instance, Users will be offered to join subsequent Live sessions offering the same Content. Alternatively, if Users are unable to attend the Content at a later date, a full refund will be issued upon request.
No refund is given to Users for any Content that is free.
- “Money Back Guarantee”
From time to time, at its own discretion, TRANSLIT may offer the “30 days Money Back Guarantee” to potential Users, for the purpose of promoting Our Site and Content.
According to “Money Back Guarantee”, if You pay for Content and later realise that it is not right for you, and you let Us know about it within 30 days of the payment, We will issue a 100% refund to You using the same payment method that you used when registering, provided:
- Your refund form is submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase of Content
- You have completed no more than 50% of Content material
- This Guarantee is only valid for pre-recorded (not Live) Content
We will endeavour to return your fee through the same payment method that You used when paying. However, if any refund processing problems arise (which may happen for some countries), We reserve the right to issue You with a credit note instead of the refund, to be used on Our Site.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law neither TRANSLIT of the Online Content or any services provided in connection therewith shall be liable to You or any third party for any indirect, consequential, exemplary or incidental losses arising from Your use of Content. Access to, and use of Content, resources and materials, is done at Your own discretion and risk, and You will be solely responsible for any damage to Your computer system or loss of data resulting therefrom. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, our liability to You for any damages arising from or related to Content (pending proof of any breach to the Terms and Conditions herein), will at all times be limited to the fee You paid for Content.
TRANSLIT makes no warranty or representation that the means used by Us (such as, without limitation, Our Site or any other streaming or e-learning facilities) will be compatible with all operating systems, that they will be secure, and that all information provided will be accurate and will result in Your successfully completion of training and achieving Your particular objectives.
- Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold TRANSLIT from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of Your access, downloading, or use of Content materials, or Your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
TRANSLIT reserves the right, at Your expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter for which You are required to indemnify us, and You agree to cooperate with our defence of these claims. TRANSLIT will use reasonable efforts to notify You of any such claim, action or proceeding upon becoming aware of it.
- Term and Termination
These Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect while You have access to Content. We may suspend or terminate Your right to access Your Account or Content at any time for any reason at our sole discretion, including any use of Content in violation of these Terms of Use, or if we believe You are Younger than eighteen (18) years old.
You may choose to close your Account or terminate access to Your Content at any time for any reason by sending us a notification of Your withdrawal or termination. Your account and right to access and use Content for which You are currently enrolled will be terminated, and TRANSLIT shall not be liable for the deletion of any user content once termination has been received.
- Notice
TRANSLIT may provide You with notices, including those regarding changes to these Terms and Conditions, by means of a general notice on Our Site, electronic mail to Your personal email address on record. Such notice shall be deemed to have been given upon the expiration of forty-eight (48) hours after posting (if posted on Our Site) or twelve (12) hours after sending (if sent by email). Correspondence from TRANSLIT will be sent from TRANSLIT’s online email account.
- Entire Agreement
The Terms and Conditions herein include, without limitation, the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, and any other rules posted on Our Site. These Terms and Conditions, and Your rights and obligations herein, may not be assigned, subcontracted, delegated, or otherwise transferred by You, and any attempted assignment, subcontract, delegation, or transfer in violation of the foregoing will be pursued to the extent permitted by Law. The terms above shall be binding upon Your registration on Our Site and/or accessing any or Our Content.
- General terms
We may transfer (assign) Our obligations and rights under these Terms and Conditions (and under the Contract, as applicable) to a third party (this may happen, for example, if We sell Our business). If this occurs, You will be informed by Us in writing. Your rights under these Terms and Conditions (and the Contract) will not be affected and Our obligations under these Terms and Conditions (and the Contract) will be transferred to the third party who will remain bound by them.
The Contract is between You and Us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms.
If a court or other authority finds that any part(s) of these Terms and Conditions are unlawful, the remaining parts will remain in full force and effect.
We fail to take steps or delay in taking steps to enforce any of Our rights against You und er these Terms and Conditions, that will not prevent Us doing so at a later date, for example Our right to require You to make any payment which has become payable under the Contract.
We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time by giving you a reasonable advance notice of the changes.
- Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, and the relationship between You and Us (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the law of the Republic of Ireland.
As a User, any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claim between You and Us relating to these Terms and Conditions, or the relationship between You and Us (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Ireland.
